Returns Policy

For Smile Activewear, customer satisfaction is very important, which is why we have return policies, which are applied in the event that one of our consumers, for reasons of: warranty, size or color, wishes to return the purchased product.

In cases of EXCHANGE due to size and color, an email must be sent to smile.activewear@gmail.com to receive instructions on how to return your merchandise. Please do not return the item without sending an email to hello@smileactivewear.com Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon the customer's receipt of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. In the case of an exchange, another shipping fee will apply, if applicable.

For RETURN cases due to product defects, an email must be sent to hello@smileactivewear.com to receive instructions on how to return your merchandise. A virtual bonus will be generated in favor of the buyer, for the value of the product purchased, so that they can enter the page again and make a new purchase, whether for the same product they returned or simply for a new product. The above, taking into account that all our products are subject to inventory and constant price changes. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise Sale:
All sale items are final sale. Products that have been applied any type of discount are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged. Returns must meet the following requirements • They must not have been worn, washed or damaged. • They must keep the original label • They must be returned in the original packaging • The purchase invoice must be presented • Garments on sale or purchased in the “Sale” section do not have change.
